  Service with a smile from all employees and breakfast had a good choice and also included eggs and bacon.

  Personnel were not very helpful with directions. The room was really small, however the bathroom was large and comfortable.

  The location is superb. 1 minute walk from Puerto Nova station

  Great location right next to the pedestrian walking area but only a block from the train sataion. The slightly more expensive double was basically a suite. No traffic noise at all since it is on pedestrian streets on all sides. Good buffet breakfast with espresso and cappuccinos made to order, not from machine.

  Decor is a bit old fashioned. Bathroom is tiny.

  Great hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff, comfort and friendly environment, also the necessary facilities were on very high level of quality. I would recommend the Best Western Hotel Gran Mogol to everybody looking for a nice, suitable hotel, perfectly located in the Turin center and providing the privacy and excellent working conditions in a case you are business traveler.

  Room was a little small...but comfortable. Hotel was quite central.

  We found somebody else's bottle under the bed. We were woken up by noises from the workers outside.

  New furniture

  The worst hotel of the 30 that I have visited in Europe in 2012: - Details and photos room did not match the actual room: online room area 13 sq.m., and in fact 8 sq.m. actually in the room, other furniture. - Toilet was dirty; - Old torn wallpaper; - It is impossible to have breakfast: runs 1 waiter for 30 tables, about 40 people are at the 20 tables of dirty dishes waiting to be removed it. You have to wait 20-30 minutes to clean a table, the waiter did not have time to bring food, coffee must be ordered by a single waiter and wait in line for 20 minutes. Самый плохой отель из 30, которые я посетил в Европе в 2012 г.: - Описание и фото комнаты не соответствуют реальной комнате: на сайте площадь номера 13 кв.м., а фактически 8 кв. м., фактически в комнате другая мебель. - Унитаз был грязный; - cтарые рваные обои; - невозможно позавтракать: работает 1 официант на 30 столиков; примерно 40 человек стоят у 20 столов с грязной посудой и ждут, чтобы ее убрали. Нужно подождать 20-30 мин., чтобы убрали посуду; официант не успевает приносить еду; кофе нужно заказывать через единственного официанта и ждать очереди 20 мин.
